This is basically a fancy way for people who value impact and despise useless busywork (unless it teaches you something). I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and clean the toilet or do some brutal QA cycles but the idea is that you focus on the outcome first.
I like the term “Outcomes-Focused.” :)
